With the opening of this new office, the goal is to increase the company’s local team by 50 percent by 2025. Sopra Banking Software now has more than 1 000 people in 5 countries in Africa. The company is looking forward to continuing to grow its presence on the continent in the years to come with a strong focus on developing human capital and a local recruitment of freshly graduated Africans.
To strengthen its presence in the country, Sopra Banking Software has inaugurated a new office in Douala on March 10th. The office is located in the heart of Bonanjo, Douala’s bustling business district. The space includes a relaxation area for employees, a restaurant, a training room, and collaborative workspaces.
